We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

• Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
• Opened or partially consumed products are not eligible for returns unless they are defective.
• Perishable goods and personalised products cannot be returned.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage at care@piyushnutri.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at care@piyushnutri.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
3. Ship the product to the address provided. Keep the tracking receipt.
